Thor Tuscany Engine Hatch

Good Morning,

we have a Thor Tuscany 40 RX Rear bath. I am trying to access the engine through the hatch in the bathroom, what is the trick to getting this off ?

Thank you !

Never Mind, got it out.

The metal handles have to be turned 180 degrees to unlatch the engine hatch. Then it could be stuck yet to the seal between the engine hatch and the floor which requires pulling harder to break it loose..

I had another problem with mine where one of the latches was backward. When I turned it to unlock it really relocked one of the two.

You can see those latches through an opening in the battery compartment ceiling using a flash light

Thank You,
Just stuck had to tie a rope between the handles and use a bar as a lever to break it loose.
