My coach has a remote valve for the LP tank. There are 2 switches to activate the valve. 1 in master control panel over the entry door & one in the wet bay. Both have an indicator light.
On a recent trip, neither switch would operate the valve. No biggie, I'll call Thor when I get home, get a schematic & fix it. I just called Thor, the CS rep said he'd email me a schematic. 15 minutes later, I get this;
"Sorry but I looked thru all of our prints and we do not have anything on that particular unit sorry"

They really have no info?

So, I started poking around all of the fuse panels & I came up with another problem. I think the person who labeled the fuses & breakers wrote blindfolded with his non-dominant hand. Penmanship is awful!

Probably the same person that assembles the owners manuals. The owners manual that came with my ACE rivals those come along with those cheap overseas manuals that come with entertainment centers.

I have some schematics i managed to get before thor took complete control

mine do not show the system either, BUT
i have the same switch set up

i will say that power to the panel is supplied in or at the electronics interface from f/l in the forward left bay on the tuscany..the BCC area, you may look at your BCC and power bay to check the fuse.
if the light is one...you got power,
the wires on the valve are not exactly environment protected, i had one rust/corrode off a while back, at the tank valve assembly.

I came from a Itasca to a Windsport. The documentation was night/day, with Windsport being on the horrible level. It is enough that I will not buy from them again.

Just bought a 31S ..... So what records do I need to have and keep.
