Thumbs up to Thor
I know that Thor isn't perfect, and we've had our share of small issues with our 2014 ACE 30.1, but when Thor does something not only right, but above and beyond, I like to point it out.
We took our MH to a local garage (not a MH dealer) for tire rotation, oil change and annual inspection, and asked them to replace the windshield wiper blades. They called us to say that they couldn't find a part number in their books, and that they didn't know what blade to replace them with.
I looked online and in the manual, and couldn't find the information, either, so I called Thor to ask about the blade part number. They asked me to verify my information, and then said "We are sending you a replacement set of blades at no charge."
Granted, it's not a huge amount of money, but it was totally unexpected and I appreciate it.

Funny, I just posted the same sort of post here yesterday. Absolutely agree, ankle biter stuff but credit where credit is due - the phone gets answered. Could not say the same for my Georgetown support.

Two years old. Bought May 2013. We change our car blades every six months, so I figure two years isn't bad.

Longer than the norm. Perhaps you may find this an interesting read alpha99.

It seems pretty short to me, but then in a year I've only been able to put 3500 miles on mine - stupid repairs!

The point of the post was to point out that Thor did a good thing, not to get criticized for deciding it's time to replace the blades!

Thanks to the OP for taking the time to post this small, but positive report.
We do annual wiper replacement. The extra long blades seem to have more area that can get dry or brittle.
Safe travels

There are a few here on the forum who would suggest a different digit...

Really?
HowStuffWorks got its start in 1998 at a college professor's kitchen table. From there, we quickly grew into an award-winning source of unbiased, reliable, easy-to-understand answers and explanations of how the world actually works. Today, our writers, editors, podcasters and video hosts share all the things we're most excited to learn about with nearly 40 million visitors to the site each month.
I have never had a windshield wiper last 5 years, on anything. But then again, my vehicles get used.

I would say a normal distribution for digitization. Still thumbs up for both this forum and our Challenger 37TB. Things are rarely perfect in either but the information flow is great.
Best piece of info for me, the magnetized spoon to hold the stove tops in place under the convection oven.
So Still Thumbs Up Here.
