Tire valve extenders

Seeking input in tire valve extenders for inside rear tires on 36FD. Measurement looks like I need 5" but all I can find are 7". Even with a rubber donut 2" seem like a lot of extra.

Any thoughts?

I'd go to a truck tire place, they usually have bins of them
in several lengths.

Valve Extensions

I purchased hard valve stems from Dully Valve on line. You have to have them installed at a tire shop that handles truck or RV's. I like them much better than flexible extenders. No leaks.
