FYI, Freightliner will be attending the rally, and providing a seminar on knowing your chassis. Send your registration form in today and call Lazydays to reserve your site.

To whom do we make a check out to for the registration?

Also, I asume there will be a refund if the Rally is cancelled. Is this correct?

FYI: Lazydays TPA says that their cancellation policy is 72 hours.

Make check out to Bob Fitta, I will not deposit checks until we are sure the rally will be held. If we have to cancel the checks will be returned. We have five registered so far.

Has there been enough interest in the rally to say it is definitely on or not?
How many have signed up?

Thanks for putting this together.

I am sorry to announce that we have had to cancel the rally. There are not enough registered members to cover the expenses. We had 11 total after several cancellations for different reasons. I will be in Fl on 28 March for at least a week so if anyone is interested in a camp out I'm game.

Western Damon / Freightliner Rally ?

WDR2015 = WESTERN DAMON RALLY 2015 ?
Sure would like to see something here in Reno, Nevada area.
Nothing seems TO BE ever scheduled from Mid Nevada North for Class A.
Looks like we are a neglected Class A Species.

Anyone interested, I would with a couple other persons assistance like to make contact and see if we can put together a local Grand Sierra Resort Casino RV Park RV and went well.
Casino offered a indoor Ballroom for Day Meeting and for owners to have personal How To Seminars for 4 hrs.

Plenty of Class A Drive Thru Spaces, reasonable cost $ day, pool, casino, and projects such as Lake Tahoe 30 minute drive.

RV Park - Grand Sierra Resort

You have the right idea, rallies happen because people make them happen! BTW, FMCA just had a rally in Pomona and they have rallies all over the western states every year. FMCA also has chapters in Navada that has rallies.

I belong to the Thor Diesel Club which is an international chapter of the FMCA but most of our members live on the eastern half of the U.S. so our rallies are scheduled where most of our members live.

Good Luck and Safe Travels!

TMCOC

Jack,
I noticed that you don't list being a member of TMCOC. I still have you as a member. I also see you have upgraded to a Tuscany. Congrats

Bob,

I belong to a lot of RV clubs but I only list the ones that I am the most active or hold an office. I hold offices in the Thor Diesel Club and the Tri-State Traveliers and am able to answer questions if someone is interested.

Having a rally at Lazy Days was a good idea but we would been fifteen hundred miles away when it was scheduled. We will be in Florida (Clermont) this coming winter starting in November, departing end of March 2016.

Yes, we traded in our Palazzo (33.1) and purchased our Tuscany in January. We needed more room and Karen wanted a washer/dryer. I like to tell people that this is the most expensive washer/dryer I have ever purchased :-) We got 2014, year end close out, which made the whole deal possible. We could not of afforded a 2015.

Good luck getting the club up and running!
