V10 maintenance under doghouse?

I have a 2008 Hurricane Class A, currently enjoying the Arizona desert 🌵. As a small project I removed the doghouse for the first time, with the intent to feed some battery monitor wires into the cab area from the battery compartment. While I have the doghouse off and have access to the top of this big V10, I’m wondering if there are any little maintenance things I can do, such as lubing linkages, tightening connections etc?

Yes, put some insulation in the doghouse to quiet the engine noise. Some sticky back insulation and take the crap that's on there and throw it out. The stuff that's used for sound deadening on speakers works really well but it's a little pricey.

Sounds good, thanks. I’ve read about installing Reflectix under there, so I was surprised that there was already a similar product already there. Like you say, it’s probably crap that the factory installs!
