So on another thread I mentioned that we had taken our Infinity in for some warranty work, with disappointing results. They could not fix even the recall on the elec. bar to slide, in 3 weeks time before we needed to have it for vacation. Well we took it for our 2 week trip with no bad results. But now it has been back there since November 11, 2011. The list we gave them for warranty items had about 10 items listed. The major ones being the hydraulic galley slide not coming in all the way, and the recall(which Dutchmen estimated at less than 2 hours), also the restricted air flow to the bedroom thru air conditioner ducts. I called 2 weeks ago for a status report, 2 days later got message it's done but for the flooring where the slide had dragged. How long do we have to be reasonable? And what can we do? We took delivery on July11, 2011. So it has been at dealer for 11 weeks of the 27 weeks since then.
