Wipers move when going over bumps

We recently purchased a 1999 Hurricane 30Q on the F-53 chassis and I've noticed that when I go over bumps, especially when turning into our out of a driveway with a pitched apron (slowly), the wipers move. Not a full sweep, just a couple of inches. Initially I thought it was a loose switch or the park switch in the motor, but I don't think there is any power being applied, just movement. Has anybody else experienced this?

I would check for broken welds on the body mounts to the frame. You can usually see them by taking a look under the hood with a flashlight toward the outer edges of the metal inner bumper.

I thought Four Winds used rubber mounting pads body to frame until sometime in 2004? Are there also welds?
