We are in Dillon SC headed south. I see Carolina International trucks is our nearest dealer. Does anyone have experience with this dealer?

Traps90, since the flicker seemed like a bad connection and I and the wife were annoyed I just kept going. Lost boost a couple of times(12-15 psi), regen came on twice. Then things cleared up. Continued to Starke FL, took care of business there and are now back at Lake Anna SP near Fredericksburg VA. No issue so far. Wish me luck on the rest of our trip to VT.

Larry I just had a SPN3610 (DPF sensor) CEL. Although I replaced the sensor I just found out that having my ECM flashed would have solved the problem. I purchased my coach in 2012 and this was the first ECM flash. It took 19 updates. You might check that out since I have heard that a number of the DPF issues are related to ECM updates.

Good luck

Thanks. Last Aug o had it in the shop and they checked with Chris Ingle with Navistar and Chris said my coach has the lastest flash. But when I get to VT I will have the shop check it out.

Larry we had that problem awhile back. Had the computer reprogram and made it home. But went to use it here and it started all over again. Took it to the dealer here and the had to replace the EGR valve, EGR backpressuer valve. Changed out the lines to the turbos then remove the lines serving the DPF as they were clog up and bake the DPF because it was stopped up. Been running good so far. Warranty took care of the EGR &EGR BACKPRESSURE VALVE but the rest was on me. Just passing on my experiences
Good Luck

I talked to the shop yesterday and was told 2 to 3 weeks to complete the job.

Ok gear heads, I didn't ask a lot of questions on the what, why... Basically they are rebuilding the engine. Bad valves and cylinders. I stopped questions when* they said there was $15-$18k damage. Warranty I asked, yes they said, so I just didn't need to know more right now.

Larry you sure have had some issues with this one. This is the first MF10 that I have heard of needing a complete rebuild. Not sure what caused your problems, but I sure hope all of this solves it.

Tomorrow I will find that the rebuilded engine take the test of time. Picked up today, put the closet together. Test drive OK. Hit the road 7/3, Binghamton NY to Johnson VT.
