Maxxforce 10 Emission Label

I was trying to find air leaks and I removed the engine access panel in the rear bath. I dusted off the valve cover and saw the attached label. I am not the original owner, in fact I have no idea if Iím the second or later owner. Just wondering if anyone else with the MAXXFORCE has seen this.

Interesting...I have a 2013 same model and purchased new. It never had this label. I know Navistar purchased credits from the EPA for release and exemption of engines without DEF. Looks like they want to make sure no pollution modifications have been made. I'd give them a call.
