2013 ISL9 fault codes 3058 FM 2 & 117 FM1

2013 ISL9-450 in a 2014 Fleetwood Providence on a FL Chassis w/ 95k miles.
Anyone have any insight into a Scan Gauge code 3058 FM2 & a 117 FM1 code?

fuel filters new/clean, 30 psi boost. Running erratic, jerking on "coast", and intermittent black smoke.
Check engine light on (amber) and a 3058 code on my ScanGauge.

Symptom's similar to a previous shutdown and we found the Delta P port plugged ( 45,000 miles)
So I cleaned what appeared to be a dirty delta P port.
Reinstalled the sensor, & the code remains.

Do I have to take to a cummins dealer to get the code to go away?

Create an account https://quickserve.cummins.com/info/index.html

Once you have an account register your engine using the SN

This will provide access to parts and service info including troubleshooting.

Under the service tab there is a fault code lookup. It will provide a description of the fault code and within that document there will be links to to detailed trouble shooting steps.
