It appears that your 360/800 is the max rating from Cummings for the ISB. I'm sure that the after market tuners whose customers are the pickup truck owners push it up. These ISBs in a pick up aren't loaded to the same degree as in a 26-30k pound motorhome. It all adds more fuel & heat for a relatively small increase in performance. I would stick with stock as the choice for reliability.
The 425/1000 level you quote would put it up over the ISC hp level and approaching the ISLs 450 hp. These are considerable larger engines.
