Canada Travel Diesel Fuel Question

I need some help clarifying if this is a fact or rumor. I was speaking with some people that I met at CW. I understand that the pre-emmission ISL400 can burn low sulfer and regular #2. In speaking with this guy I told him that I would like to travel up to Canada in the summer,he then asked me what model ISL, pre-emmissions or the new ISL with emmissions.

The reason that he asked me that question is that the new sulfer fuel is not sold in Canada and that you can only buy fuel for non-emmission motors. This does not sound like it could be possible.

Anybody know if this, I hope rumor is true.

I think the guy was confusing Mexico with Canada. ULSD is not generally available in Mexico.
