Cummins Isx 600 cm 871 broken exhaust valve #6 cylinder
2008 newmar king aire 24,000 miles Nov 14 2021 broke about 30 percent of exhaust valve off #6 cylinder. Estimate $44,45.00 for rebuild in frame.is this engine worth rebuilding or replace with 2021 x- 15 ? I have read a lot of issues with these early 2000 - 2010 engines

Well, a lot depends on whether your typo is $4,450 or $44,500 (or similar numbers). If the lower number fix it and move on, but I suspect you missed a digit rather than misplaced the coma. In that case, what is the replacement cost for a new engine and what other bits will have to be replaced/moved to fit the newer engine?

Give Haggai Automotive a call for a second opinion. They are ISX experts located south of Atlanta in Griffin, GA. It may be worth a tow.

What's the estimate of a new engine??
What kind of guarantee comes with the rebuild, can you buy and extended guarantee? Is this the new and improved head and valves?
This is a problem with this engine, number of these reported. One question would be whether you intend to keep the coach or not.

#6 valve drop on CM871 is a known issue. Here is Mr D's thread about a similar case worth reading -

My 2008 dropped a valve also...I cant remember exactly what it cost me to fix it..i know it was well well under 10k...I threw the factory turbo away and put a much lower cost unit on it..threw away all that crazy exhaust system stuff...now I have a engine that no only runs better then most anything on the road, but it also gets great fuel milage...just made a run to Fla , 7.5 MPG @ 70 -75 MPH -its easy to work on, it's a very simple engine now. I would fix it, its a great engine, they just put cheap steel intake valves in it....the cheap valves would have lasted a lifetime of it wasnt for all of that exhaust gas recirculation crap..they were forced to put on it by big brother. I bet it just needs valves a couple seats an injector and a good turbo, and a new exhaust manifold.., maybe take a dingleberry to the cylinder wall...I doubt the bottom end needs touched....somewhere on this site I posted pictures of my rebuild...its easy. oh and my MPG ..I was towing a trailer...

Before I spend $45,000 I would like to get a second opinion. Why do you need the Main Bearings replaced? I can see the cylinder in number 6 as the valve likely scored it but nothing should have reached the main bearings.
Of course, I am sure this shakes your confidence in the other 5 cylinders. Not sure why it would only happen to cylinder 6.
Have you priced out a new engine?

Cummins has a 2013 for sale. It's gotta come with some type of warranty. You have to call for a price.
You would have to add DEF though....

Not necessarily. It may qualify as a straight repower..
