DEF derate fix?

the problem i see with the patch is, it's only available to you after the tow.

If it’s only a software patch, I suspect a mobile service tech could install the patch, especially if you’re stranded.

I would spend the 2500 for the hardware patch. One time and you're safe for life.

Curious what you mean by the 2500 hardware patch. Do you mean changing the DEF tank and assembly?

If you have a Cummins QuickServe account, you can check to see if your VIN is approved for it. Mine shows that I can get it if needed but I have also built a DEF Simulator to carry with me so I’m never stuck sitting on the road waiting for help.
