Fan Hub for 2008 360hp Cummins engine

Almost 2 weeks ago, the fan locked up and sheared off the engine block. I've had my 2008 Tiffin Phaeton 40QSH in the shop ever since. They ordered the fan assembly and the wrong one came in. They went back to the Cummins shop here in Chattanooga and were not able to cross reference a fan to my engine serial number. They checked with other Cummins shops as well.
They have also checked with Freightliner with no luck.
Any suggestions for me to offer the shop?

Thanks,
Wm Mayberry

I called Freightliner in Gaffney and now have the correct part numbers. Hopefully we'll be back on our coach next week.

I own a 2008 Forest River Berkshire 390QS. In March 2013 my motor home overheated and had to be towed to the Freightliner dealer in Texarkana, TX. They found the bolts had sheared off where the fan attached to the engine block. The fan was a four bolt fan and after talking to Freightliner they replaced the fan with a five bolt fan and covered it as warranty even though it was way out of warranty.

A 5 year repair was probably treated differently than a 12 year repair. It's nice that Jim had his covered...but I seriously doubt any coverage.
