In my coach with the 6.7 ISB 360 I do not try to start the engine until ALL the indicator dash lights have gone off, including the MIL light. This process was recommended to me by Cummins service tech. Since the temps are low use the engine heater before for at least a couple hours or more.

Thank you for all the great responses.
I did link up a mobile RV tech for tomorrow/Tuesday.
I also learned that potentially since all the batteries were DEAD and now replaced, the engine KEY FOB may now need to be reprogrammed? Could the entire issue be related to the security of a KEY FOB needing reprogramming? How do you reprogram a key fob?
Keep you posted!

No, I do not think the two are related.
Reprogramming depends entirely upon the brand and model of keyless entry system.
When you know that you can look up reprogramming instructions on the web.
For instance Winnebago uses Trimark brand. The control box under the dash has the programming button covered with a paper sticker.

Fault codes
No luck with 911 Diesel additive. Replaced all batteries, confirmed flow of fuel, now waiting for a tow tomorrow morning.
Here are the default codes if any last minute suggestions. See attachments.

I can look them up at school tomorrow where I have access to Cummins insite, but by then you'll have it figured out!
You should go to Cummins Quickserve , use your engine serial number, make a free account. There's a tab under service that allows you to look up and diagnose fault codes.
It'll also show service manuals, technical service bulletins, etc, for your engine by S/N

Drain some fuel out of the Fuel/Water Separator. It will give you an indication if the fuel is gelled up. If it is the only real solution is to get the MH inside for a few days to warm up.

Even if gelled it would probably start but not run very long
