Future Fass Titanium installation

Looking to do the Fass Titanium upgrade on my '03 Cummins (CAPS) 400ISL & see most have purchased the Fass TSD08100G for their applications. I sent an email request to Fass about my Cummins & was told a TS100G for my app. with this response: "We donít make a specific kit for your application. The TS 100G would come with a mounting bracket, the fittings that go into the pump, and a wiring harness. We would normally mount in place of the factory primary filter and use the line that comes into the primary filter as our suction line and the line that comes out of the primary filter as our pressure line. You will need to add a return line from our pump back to the tank".
The TSD08100G has basically everything you need (partially the return line & hardware) in that kit. I didn't ask him about the TSD08100G & didn't want to disrespect his choice of pumps. They both are 100GPH so I'm wondering do any of you out there know why?

I believe the TSD08100G is made for a specific make/model year Dodge, this is what I just purchased from Parley's. This does come with hose, fittings, wiring harness, and mounting bracket.

The TS100G is a universal kit, not sure what that includes.

I did a lot of searches and they do not make a kit specific to RV's, so you will have to improvise anyway.

Either way I needed other "stuff" since this is a DP install.

My coach didn't have an extra bung hole for a return and I didn't what to interfere with the OEM return so I opted to use the vent hole as a return. My lines were #10 fittings, the pump comes with #8, so I had to get an adapter fitting and also had a 10' suction line made with a #10 and a #8 on on end. I decided to use a wire braided hose for the suction line as it was 10' and I didn't want to worry about it collapsing.

So I ended up with some extra fitting and ~8' of hose left over. Not a big deal, I'll keep them with all the other extra stuff I have.

I've completed the FASS install but still have to bypass/disable my OEM lift pump, have parts on order to do that. Also have ordered a fuel pressure gauge.

Yes the that Fass seem a Dodge fit but as I've seen used a lot in Cummins applications & both deliver 100GPH of fuel so that's why I'm wondering choice he made for my 400ISL. I've been following your install progress.

Getting to my fuel tank top would be very difficult on my '04 American Eagle 40J
so the biggest challenge is the return line which I would use the tank fill & suppied blue hose & hardware that comes in that TSD08100G kit. None of that comes in that TS100G kit as I listed.

You can go with Airdog. My current return line was tapped Into.

I could have used the stock kit.

I was able to use ~1/2 of the hose and fittings. Went to NAPA and had a wire braided hose made up with a #10 & #8 fitting for the suction line. Did use about 5' of the blue hose for the return to tank line and the barbed fittings. Had to utilize my vent bung hole for return. Had to get addition fitting to match the #10 line from pump to engine. I was able to use the wiring harness without modification to my front drivers side run, which I could have done in the rear also since I have an ignition source there.
