Hydraulic Pump Gone Bad

I have a 2005 Alpine with the 400 ISL Cummins. Lost the power steering, power brakes and the hydraulic fan motor. Assuming it’s the hydraulic pump. I am in Chula Vista/San Diego California area. Does anyone know a good mobile mechanic and or service center in the area?Click image for larger version

I can't help with a mechanic ; but a word of warning .

I lost P/S and rad fan on I-5 in OR. Thought it was just a pump issue ; mobile mechanic removed the pump from the back of the air compressor and found the drive coupler from the compressor to the pump had snapped and broken the compressor crankshaft .
Pump was ok , new air compressor was required , 10 weeks waiting for parts .
