ISB Exhaust Manifold Cracked

Well.....when out to do a little preventive maintenance on the MH and discovered that the exhaust manifold has cracked. Was expecting this to happen at some stage but not yet. It is a one piece manifold, what are my best options and where can I get a replacement from?I think that I will probably install a Pacbrake as the exhaust systems now removed.

Thanks,
Martin

If you look around online you may find a two piece manifold that fits. I know the two piece manifolds for the Dodge trucks are readily available.

Called Cummins with my engine serial number, got a replacement including all mounting hardware and gaskets for $320 so looks like this will be a good job for the thanksgiving weekend.

Hmm.....myself and dogs think so. Actually that's going to be a tough call for the dogs, watching me replace the manifold or eating the turkey with my wife.

WHY? The last line of his post sez the exhaust system is removed??

Edited after posting:

Hmmm, or maybe the "exhaust system" doesn't include the exhaust manifold, maybe I laughed too soon and showed my ignorance? DOH!

Changed out the exhaust manifold with a two piece unit from Cummins. Easy job actually, the hardware came easily and unbolted the manifold from the turbo leaving it in place. Installed the manifold with all new hardware including gaskets and torque all nuts and bolts per the Cummins manual. Leak checked and all is good. Took no more than 2 hours and I was not in a hurry.
