ISC Exhaust Manifold leak

My symptoms were black soot around around several gaskets, particularly 3 and 6. No other noises. I have a trip out west planned and crossing the divide, I wanted full boost and exhaust brake available, and no surprises.

Cummins had it in the shop at 0900 and done by 1300. No bolts broke off.

Two things this board helped on. I used the 50/50 Acetone/ATF to soak the bolts and gaskets. The service writer said these jobs are normally two days for labor. Second was the manifolds themselves needed replaced because they were pitted. I called ahead and parts ordered in the manifolds and put my name on them as they didn't stock them. That saved a whole day waiting for parts.

$1642 out the door with Power club discount.

Thanks to all!!!
