ISL 400 Exhaust Manifold Bolt Torque Specifications?

Getting ready to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets on my ISL and if the Cummins Service website gives the torque specifications for the exhaust manifold bolts I can't find it. Did find a torque spec table but it did not show the exhaust manifold bolts. Does anyone know what the exhaust manifold bolts should be torqued to. I purchased all new bolts and sleeves from Cummins Crosspoint but forgot to ask how much the bolts should be torqued. The parts tech suggested all new bolts because the old ones could be stretched. We have been soaking the manifold and turbo flange bolts in the hopes that we do not break any.
