Register for Cummins Quickserv. That will give you access to all the service information for *your* engine (part of registration includes providing the Engine Serial Number, or ESN).

Can't help with that. I'd call Cummins for help.

For what it's worth, though, the torque for both kinds of what Cummins calls vibration dampers for *my* ESN is the same, at 200nm / 148 lbs-ft. I can't tell you if it's the same across years or even within years, though I can't think of a reason they would have changed it.

Hope this helps.

Do you know your engine serial number? Also do you know if you have a viscous or rubber balancer?

I couldn't finish registration tried few times last one for an hour. Ended up needing to put something in company box even though no error in that field. First I thought it was phone number punctuation ( - ) ect.

I don't think it makes any difference where you sign up from. Members have had difficulties in the past with the site, signing in or otherwise. Could be settings on your computer etc. As suggested, you might want to call Cummins on that.
There are specific procedures for the removal & installation of the seal that are shown on QuickServe that should be helpful for this and other items.
For installation for my -03 built ISL 400, it also shows the below whether it's rubber or viscous. From a quick glance, I could not however find how you could tell them apart.

"Note : Some engines use four damper capscrews while others use five damper capscrews.
Install the vibration damper.
Tighten the capscrews in a star pattern.
Torque Value: 200 n•m [ 148 ft-lb ]"

To be clear I just put M-11 on form within the "company" blank/field ,then it finally worked. Probably anything would of worked. It doesn't show as requires field. This was after several attempts and getting real tired of reading to sign up every week in motor threads.

For visual reference the viscous damper looks like this.............

Totally smooth on the outside.

The rubber damper would have a band of rubber showing between the outer ring and the hub.
