Looking for Cummins Engine Repair Shop Recommendations Cape Coral Fl area
I cannot stand it. This oil Pressure gauge problem is driving me nuts.
Although it is still in the green it is just barely now. Just drove from Rochester NY to Gainesville Fl
See this discussion for clarification

I want to take this to a shop and have a third opinion, and at a minimum get the sensor replaced.
I'm looking for an EXCELLENT shop.

The Cummins shop in Fort Myers is a good one. They seem to do quite a bit of motorhome work. They are a couple of blocks off MLK.

Did a search and came up with many, which one and what kind of work did you have done?

This is pretty close to where I am now, but quite a distance from Pine Island (Cape Coral)

I'll second that Cummins in Ocala does good work. They also offer water and elec. hookups if for some reason you have to stay.

I called on Friday and was asked to call back on Monday as the service manager was not there.
I wanted them to get the sensor ordered but now hope there will be no delay because of the part.

I'd buy a good gauge with numbers on the dial (VDO ,Stewart Warner, or Auto-Meter,....) for it and take that one and use it for target practice.
Just remember your engine might have a shutdown sensor that MUST still be hooked up.
other wise it will start, but won't run more than 5-6 seconds.
