Besides looking for a Cummins location. Another resource is the RVSERVICEWREVIEWS site... By State info...

Good luck,
Smitty

Before you go changing the pump. open the hatch and tighten the three bolts on top. Several people have had good luck tightening the bolts to stop a leak.

These things only run for about 45 seconds but they can make a mess.

grithppen: What year of RV do you have? What engine?

And maybe all you want is a referral to a shop? Sorry. Can't help you in Alabama.

But... FYI... I personally would not spend a dime to fix a bad Cummins Lift Pump. Instead, this is the perfect time to upgrade to a FASS pump. That is if tightening those 3-lift pump bolts doesn't fix your problems.

What symptoms are you having? No start? Fuel leaks? Or perhaps your engine starts and then quits about 1 minute later?

There are two types of FASS 95GPH fuel pumps. One is "Adjustable" and does not have filters; and the other is self-adjusting to 16-18PSI and has 2 filters. These are marketed for a Dodge Ram Trucks, but will work great for an ISC or ISL RV application-upgrade.

I recommend the FASS "TS" pump, and the TS-Kit brings the cost down.

Note: If you go this route you might find your local Diesel Truck Performance shop will be more qualified to install the FASS pump, but you will need to help them understand your RV fuel delivery system. And they will assume your CAPS gear driven fuel pump is the same as a V44 Pump used in Dodge trucks... and it almost. The difference is size and your RV stock lift pump turns off after 30 seconds (for CAPS prime) vs. a Dodge stock lift pump that runs all the time.

Please share the solution you choose and the cost.
