Ordering parts from Cummins?

I've ordered parts from Cummins in the past but they changed their entire system and now I can't order anything... There is no add to cart, no cart, no nothing but a parts breakdown and part numbers.

Has anyone ordered from Cummins recently (since about August/Sep when the new system went online...)

Any ideas on what I'm missing here?

Granted this site is relegated to the Cummins and parts in the RAM trucks, however, depending on what you're looking for, they may be of some help.

OK, after a bunch of support chats we worked out what all the problems were!

1. You must use Chrome with Part.
2. For service (QuickServe)and parts lookup you must use your CMIuser ID.
3. For sales you must use your (old?) ID, not the CMIuser one!

And eventually it will work. OK, and I had to clear cookies a few times as well...

It was painful, and I'm sure I'll forget all this some day when I need it... But we made it work.

OH and yes, Cummins support is excellent.
