Scan tool recommendation

What is a good scan tool for Cummins engines that will cover the largest range of models/engines (2015 and older)?

I am looking at the OTC 3418 scanner. Does anyone have or use this scanner?

I use a Scan Gauge D . It's not a lot of $$ and works great.

I have the OTC scanner and Scan D Gauge. Use the scan d gauge when traveling but when want check engine light info go with OTC. Have assisted numerous other Cummins owners with check engine light problems with OTC scanner.

Mike, I invested in the OTC EVO Genisys scanner with the Heavy Duty software option with the 6 and 9 pin Deutsche connectors. Bought it on eBay New for 500 bucks and covers all my autos up to 2014 along with the class 8 HD truck coverage engine and trans. If i am going to buy one I thought might as well cover as many bases as possible, my cars and coach.
