Who's done this?

Tell me I don't have to pull the whole clutch fan bracket to get the bolt out. ISL 8.9.

That doesn't look good .

Is your Dutch Star on a Freightliner or Spartan chassis ?

I'd be inclined to call the Freightliner help line with your serial number to see if they have a document; detailing the steps required; for the tensioner replacement .

So mine not quite like yours however mine had the fan shroud in front of the bolt. It still cleared the shroud… with a small amount of persuasion. Besure to locate new part BEFORE removing old one, use your ESN an go to Cummins site to get PN, im told that helps many folks, not in my case however i have heard good results from others who have. Once i got the PN i found my best price on the Walmart website… Who Knew��
