Now, one thing that hasn't been mentioned. When that tensioner is removed, what I didn't know was, there are TWO BOLT HOLES for that adjustment bolt! One hole is a bit closer to the center of the pulley. The other one, is slightly farther away from center of that pulley. Once I managed to get that bolt out, I ran a tap through the other hole to make sure the threads were good. Then I inserted the adjustment bolt into that hole that's a bit farther out from center.

THAT'S WHY ADAPEPT APE could loosen that bolt with a basic socket while everything was still in place. I can now do the same. But, again, mine was not setup like that at first.

I wish I'd have known about that second water pump tensioner hole when I pit all back together THE FIRST TIME, about 9 or more years ago! But, ya live and learn in things like this. I may have taken pics of the two holes so anyone thinking of this project may have a better idea but, as usual, my bonehead brain probably misplaced the pics.
