I wish I'd have known about that second water pump tensioner hole when I pit all back together THE FIRST TIME, about 9 or more years ago! But, ya live and learn in things like this. I may have taken pics of the two holes so anyone thinking of this project may have a better idea but, as usual, my bonehead brain probably misplaced the pics.
