2002 Cat 3126e - can someone indentify this?

I hope the attachment successful.

Can someone identify the primer pump and filter in the photo?

Thanks Dan

(I was looking to see if the rubber HEUI hose had been upgraded, it has not. )

I was able to find a photo and identify this as a fuel filter. The pump appears to be primer pump.

Is the IAP Sensor visible in this photo?

The red is the plunger primer pump.

The green is a fuel filter

A engine Serial number would be helpful.

Thank you. Are there instructions on removing the IAP sensor?

There appear to be o-rings included as part of the 240-0717 kit to reinstall the sensor.

The big thing on replacing the IAP sensor is " do not over tighten it " or you damage the "O " ring.

The torque spec is ; Inch /pounds ; that's 1/12 of ft/lbs ;most ft/lb torque wrenches don't go low enough , you need an inch/pound torque wrench .
