The two on the back of the water pump are 2M4453 / 4J0524

The one for the Elbow on top is 3D2824

The one for the plugs on the side is 3K0360. You will need 2 of those.

Wise move on the water pump. You don't state what type of rig you have but if its a rear radiator DP I would do the idler pulley as well. I did not do my water pump when i replaced the radiator and ended up doing it 800 miles later and a tow, to boot.

Also all the bearings , hoses and belts . And I would suggest to back date to the greasable Fan bearing also . As I did further back in this tread . Especially if its rear radiator

Some folks buy bearings from a local bearing house to save some $. If you do, be sure they understand to supply bearings with Viton seals. Buna/NBR will not withstand the operating temperatures. Buna will fail, bleed out the grease and short live the bearing. Most Viton is orange in color. Not to say there isn't black Viton, just be sure they are Viton seals.

Good Luck

Here is standard bearing seal data. Remembering the bearing also produces internal frictions. This along with engine operating temp gets close to the upper limit of Buna/NBR/nitrile.

Temp. range –40°C/+110°C for nitrile rubber
Temp. range –50°C/+110°C for PE
Temp. range –40°C/+230°C for Viton
Temp. range –70°C/+250°C for PEEK
Temp. range –190°C/+250°C for PTFE

Ive had my nap . I did say Ill loose sleep tonight ! Your way ahead of me on this ,as theres so much to learn . At present I have 6000 miles on what I used . Whats your guess at this point ? How long do I have to live Doc !
Ill have to dig ,find the box , and call the bearing suppler for info . As Im in the woods on this one . As there is so much to read up on . A simple interweb search can consume mega time .
https://www.google.com/search?client...UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

At the moment all I can say after digging out the original bearings . They are labeled - NTN 6203 AX30 . And replaced with 6203LLBC3/L627

Yepper, all in C.
Bearings don't "wear out" if lubrication is present. They "wear out" when the lubrication evacuates the bearing through failed seals mainly due to heat.
248 is correct. Simply means they will not have the life as would Viton sealed bearings.
Sweet dreams JC zzzzzz

Well,
I don't have a clue as to what kind of *seals* were or are, in the replacement bearings I installed in both the tensioners and, idlers on my C-7, back about a few years ago. But, that was at 41K miles. It now has 92K miles on it and, so far, those bearings haven't gone into orbit yet. Two were from Grainger and two were from a local auto parts store. Still working just fine.,

I greatly appreciate the lesson on bearings
And now searching for them . I find it very confusing to find an equivalent with the proper information included I well know I'll be removing the radiator assembly once agin in the future . Although for now , I'll keep a close look out as best I can . And in the future I will upgrade . For now though Id like an opinion , on longevity with what i currently have .
Having a C7 350 is it possible you can help both others and myself in finding Viton bearings for the C7 application

JC,
Just for clarification and terminology, it's not a Viton BEARING, it's a Viton *SEAL* that seals the bearing. I don't have a clue as where to look for bearings with specific seals. When I purchased mine, I just asked for bearings with the correct inner and outer diameters. I got what I got and, like stated, they are working for years and thousands of miles. Good luck.
Scott

P.S.. When I yanked my radiator out for the second time about a year or more ago, those bearings were still going strong, (like the Energizer bunny) and showed no signs of grease evacuation.
