Looks Like cat has re-entered the over the road truck business with the new ST13 and CT15, so they may get back in to the RV side.

Am I to understand that these engines won't require DEF fluid?
Now, are we talking over the highway trucks or just off road trucks of some sort?

The announced 15 liter engine is off road only and the 13 liter is a Navistar engine.
