Engine codes

I have a 3126B and the other day I pushed the button on my Scan GaugeD and a whole bunch of codes popped up. I wrote them all down and checked my CAT book and only found a couple as the book is rather incomplete. Checked the book that is online, which is for a 3126E, and it pretty much had the same codes. Called CAT help and had a long talk with the online tech and he said that not all of those were CAT engine codes. Bummer.. Now what? There were several 4,5 and 6 codes which looked like some kind of cylinder fault codes. Also a 12 and 14 code. From there they went to an 89,93,96 (primary fuel sensor) and 98 as well as a 128 (secondary fuel sensor) and 130. The only one we were really sure of was the dreaded 164-02-0, which is the IAPC code.
He also suggested that I take it in to a certified CAT shop and get the ECM flashed as mine appeared to be several years out of date.

When I had a scangauge D code that I couldn't figure out I called scanguage and they gave the answers for the those codes. I'd suggest you call scangauge.

I caloled scan gauge today and the answers they gave me didn't make any sense. The first one had to do with missing trailers and non working trailer brakes. That may be possible as I have a Roadmaster and just plain don't trust that it's working. My remote only shows braking when I'm standing on it really hard.
I'm taking it back to CAT in Fife after we get home from this trip and have them check the IAPC that they changed out 3-4K miles ago and have them flash my ECM with 246-82-49 code.
I was thinking about changing the thermostats out, but after looking at the jungle they're living in, I think that I'll get a quote from CAT while I'm in there. I can't find in the PO records that it was ever done.
