Help with water pump belt needed

On my 3126B looks like you have to remove the serpentine belt tensioner to get the v-belt off behind it for the water pump. Question is...,how does the tensioner come off?? By removing the one bolt on the front of it? Thanks!

As I remember on my C7 I loosened but did not remove the tensioner and yes one bolt.

I may have had to turn the water pump belt inside out (fat part to the inside) to get it into position.

I just changed my belts on a 3126B. When you remove the serpentine belt the tensioner drops down far enough to get access to the pivot bolt on the water pump, and makes enough room to get the belt on.

To swing the tensioner to get the main belt off, insert the 1/2" square drive of a socket wrench handle into the recess in the tensioner and use the leverage of the handle.

Just one bolt to remove the tensioner once you release the belt. Not essential but can give you a better look at what you are doing

Thanks guys I got it. Needed to loose the bolt on the tensioner to get the vbelt past the serpentine tensioner wheel.
