2001 Holiday Rambler Imperial Allison transmisson code

Getting our motor home ready for camping, I has been in storage since Dec., Allison transmisson is giving me a code of
o,L - 9,5. Looking in the manual it is a oil level sensor failed, any information about this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

That's what I read in my code book too; level sensor failure ; you could try pulling the main trans wiring connector apart and reseating it , disconnect the chassis batteries, 5 mins, and then restart, to see if the code is still there.
I don't think the level sensor is a DIY item.

The oil level sensor is inside the transmission.
As advised it is not a DIY item. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting connectors, you may be lucky.
The code will self clear once the ECU receives a valid signal from the oil level sensor.
Disconnecting the batteries will not fix this code.

What codes do you have in the main diagnostic memory?
You should have a 1412 or 1423 code.
Do you have any others?

Thanks for the info, I think I will look for a place that repairs Allison transmissions.
We still have a drive train warranty on the unit, hopefully it is not a major job.
