Allison 3000 series not going into neutral

Hi,

I have a problem with my 2008 Ford F650 RV with Cummins 6.7 and Allison 3000 trans,

The truck wont start because of the trans not going in to neutral, When i turn on the ignition the shift selector pad is showing the Cat eyes. And the truck wont start or crank.

I know this is a common issue. Which is the TCM is not communicating with the ECU from the engine, I already bought a new TCM from allison and installed it, but with no succes it still shows the cat eyes and wont start, Also checked all my wirring and fuses, they are all ok and yes my batteries are good,
I drove the truck last week for a 500 mile trip with no issues,

Can someone help we with this problem? Any tips or tricks are welcome,

Thank you and best regards from The Netherlands

Is there any way you can have a code reader hooked up to check for codes?

Good luck, I haven't had any experience with your set-up, but sometimes disconnecting the power (battery) will re-set the control unit.

Happy Glamping.

Had a similar issue with my 98 Monaco Diplomat. Locked in neutral.
I started with the connection at the transmission housing, unplugged and clean with contact cleaner. That got me moving again, but it wasn't until I had the entire electrical system checked and connections cleaned before the issue was fully resolved. Unfortunately I don't know which connection was the culprit.
Good Luck to you.
