About to service my transmission. How much fluid is necessary for a change. The sump is 2 Inches.

Mine with Fluid and Filters takes just under 5 gallons.

Mine has taken on 3 different changes of both filters & fluid. 16 qt for the shift Pad to say "OK".

Filters at a Allison shop $46.72 and Transynd(4 gal) $145.93 including tax.
