With the serial number of tranny Allison might be able to help also.

Welcome to iRV2

Are you by any chance referring to a 3060 series Allison ?
Do have the push button shift pad and you're retrieving codes from it ?
Any idea of the age of the transmission and what control system you have?

WTEC II; III or IV ( World Transmission Electronic Controls )?

Verify 12 VDC positive to BOTH ECU inputs and good ground.

Then, check for DIAGNOSTIC CODES using the Allison shift pad.

And, yes, suspect it is an Allison MD3060. Diagnostic codes can be found on-line.
