Allison shifting hard from four to fifth gear

I have a Allison 3000 with 47,000 miles on it just changed filters and put transynad in just went on my first trip and notice that when the Trans down shifts from fifth to four it shifts hard enough to jerk the motorhome don't remember this happening before and thought on this

Made a appointment at my Allison dealer to have the fast shift check out with computer thanks for the link

Had the the same thing happen about a year and a half ago when I switched. I also posted a thread. one reply was that the trany had to relearn.the next day on the road things settled down and no problem sinse.
