Low voltage have to be
2002 TS spartan chasis 5.9L cummins and allison 1000
The weird stuff is that it will run good for 30 minutes and last time after trans service and all the new parts it did it right away. After that it resets and while driving did it again and show no speed. Code shows bad wheel speed sensor. I keep checking and finally realized my voltage gauge is always right at 12volt sometime flicker down instead of up. The voltage while running 11.5 the computer always said 11.9 when checking and said good battery but never get higher while running and I never checkit. I have a good exiter cable. But I can find the fuse. I'll said my fuse my blow do to bad batteries when I bought it I need to find the charging fuse but no idea where can it be. Model 36DSO

Double check there are a few updated part # this should fit 4k & 3k nonretarder trans do some of your own checking mime is 4060. The 90bend one have been updated to straight have different ohms for testing purposes . Genuine might run from $80 and up. Non OEM about $20
I found NOS updated OEM for $70 on eBay. I haven't been able to install is test if my Speedo works yet but trans seemed to be in sort of default shift pattern.

Shift Selection questions for Allison Man
Hi Allison Man, hope you can help.
I have a 2100 MH Allison with a Cummins 300 in my 2016 Palazzo. Does this trans allow the driver to manually up or downshift using the Shift Selector pad? I'm seeing that I do not have 4 or 5, just 3 and 6 and when I start out in 6, all is fine. If I decide to downshift going up a hill, I go directly to 3, not a progressive 5 then 4 then 3. Likewise, when looking to upshift from 3, the up arrow does not allow me to go progressively up to 4 then 5 then 6, I have to use the "D" to get out of 3 and then it goes to 6. The Allison docs and sticker both say these gear selections may not be available, and that they are dependent upon how the trans and Arens selector pad were programmed at build. Anyone have a Palazzo with the Allison 2100MH trans that has had this experience / issue? What was the resolve?
Thanks
scfrisco

It may be in “Mode” and have a custom program assigned to it? Just a guess.

I have a question. My speedometer/ odometer quit working. I took it to the Spartan service center in Michigan and they tried replacing the head unit in the dash but said that failed to remedy the problem. They speculated that it may be the sending unit in the transmission. Could you advise how to proceed from there? Like location, what kind of output should I see, etc.?
Thanks!

Allison Tech hasn't been on the forum since 9-21-2018.
His last post said he was having knee replacement surgery and would be off for 2 or 3 months.
He hasn't been back since then.

If you can help answer this, I’d appreciate it. long story, short. We’ve had a brand new Alison Transmission put into our 2006 National RV. It’s shifting hard (banging hard while changing gears) We cannot find a RV repair shop in South Florida that can fix this thing. They are saying it’s the controls module, but Allison says they plug there’s into it and that’s not it. Any ideas? We’ve had it in 2 different shops, 1 for 6 months. This last 1 for 4 months. Beyond over it.

Have you Driven it - Honest it take a good bit of driving to Learn How to Shift for you.
Just did a new Allison in My Coach took from Joplin to DC to Lear and shift smooth - Just a thought - other wise call Allison Corporate they will take care of it.

Florida Detroit Diesel is the Allison shop and distributor in your area. Go there, not just any random dealer that may or may not have the knowledge and tools.

Thanks,
I actually live in central Indiana. We are on the road right now going home. If I don't get this resolved this summer I'll keep them in mind when I go back to Florida.

Are you still available to help with transmissions issues... since it's 2021?
