Allison World 3060 Code/Shift Delay

Occasionally when you shift the key pad from neutral to drive or reverse, it shows an error code and does not engage.

After a couple attempts, it will engage, if not I turn the key off and restart the engine and it works. As long as it is engaged, to go from drive to reverse one has to bypass neutral and go straight into reverse. Shifts great, transmission has 7500 on it. Any ideas what might be going on?

I don't know if this code book covers back to 93 but it may be of some help.
