No lights on Allison 3000 key pad

New chassis battery install. Now the dash lights act normal but the tranny display just flashes once when I turn the key. No cranking. Is there a direct wire from the battery to the ECM? My chassis battery does have 5 small red fused and 5 small white wires hooked directly to the battery. I think one of them is co2. They unhooked these and hooked them back up in Perry when they put in the new battery. It wouldn't start then at first. I think they flipped the cutoff and played with the wires while I tried to start it. It did start. Now it will not again.
So typically is the Allison ECM wired to the battery directly?

Yes Jeff, everyone I have seen and read about is wired to have power when the disconnect switch os turned off. Both the ECM and the TCM are wired direct. To reset the TCM, unhook your batteries for 24-36 hours, and it will reset its memory of your driving habits and start over.
