Pulling codes

I have a 2008 Monaco LaPalma Xl with a Arens touch pad. I cannot find directions for pulling codes because my touch pad has P,R,N,D and mode up/down arrows. All videos shows pads without Park. Does anyone know correct procedure??Click image for larger version

Pretty sure you can only pull codes with an Allison shift pad. You will need someone with Allison DOC software
