scania drag racing

Please i need your help.
I have a scania 143 model 2004 and i use it for drag racing.
I am looking for a used allison transmission but i don't know what model is the best for me.
The scania has 1200+ horse power and as you can understend i want something to be strong.
Can enybody help me to find something?
The scania is not electric.

Try these guys, Diesel Place : Chevrolet and GMC Diesel Truck Forums - Duramax Diesel Discussion Forums very knowledgable about such things. Look down in the puller/racer sections.

I probably can't give you any knowledge that you don't already know, but in the motorhome transmissions the 4000 series Allison transmissions are the big boys as far as I know, and are usually teamed with the big block diesels. The following website has been recommended as a good source for rebuilds. I personally don't have any first hand knowledge of this company, but at least it might get you started on your quest.
