1) Disconnect and clean coach battery cables (always ground first). And clean engine ground cable.
No joy
2) Check back of keypad for loose connector...even on and off to clean contacts
no joy
3) Find an Allison place. Also Google if they say replace keypad $$$$ remans are available for much less.
That's good, batteries are usually easy to replace.
