Where are the electrics?

2003 Winnebago Journey DL36. I have a power interruption code and the shift pad intermittently displays and shifts and then may go dark and transmission goes into neutral.

I have read what I could find and it seems an electrical problem is likely. I have cleaned a few connection at and near battery but am not sure about where else things are. I have the shift pad out of the moulding left of the driver. Where on this MH are the ECU, VIM, and whatever else I should be looking at and cleaning, tightening, replacing (like wire with butt connector).

The little bit of work so far has gotten me from the shift pad going dark within a few minutes of starting the engine to it stays lit for much, much longer but still throws a symbol with oval and lines momentarily every few minutes or so. Then when I started driving around the storage lot, after about 300 yards, it went out of gear, into neutral, then dark, then quickly went light again and into gear. I was able to get the short distance back to my space and no problem backing up and pulling forward several times in the course of squeezing it back into the storage space.

Any guidance from the collective wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

On my coach, (not a 2003 Winnebago Journey DL36), the Allison ECU is attached to the bottom of the push button shift pad...The Allison VIM is up under the dash on the front firewall/bulkhead... and there is an inline fuse near the chassis battery in the 14 gauge wire from the positive post of that battery to the VIM.
I hope that info helps you find and fix your problem.
Good luck.

I own a 2002 Monaco Windsor, my ECU is the front drivers side electrical run bay basically right under the driver on the outside. The box is about 4" X 6" and is labeled. There is a wiring harness that connects to the top of it.
