from other Duramax forums i have read i think my egr cooler has an internal leak. i have a little black soot in my coolant bottle and sometimes i smell burning coolant. i have a slight coolant loss and see no external leaks. it has no symptoms i have read about for head gasket failure and does not bubble out the coolant bottle. also when sitting overnight the upper radiator hose is not stiff. It is a 07 diesel LBZ. thank you for any advise
