What oil do you run in your Duramax?

Hat oil do you use in your Duramax, how many miles are on it and what year is it?

Same here- Rotella T 15w40. 2009 GMC 2500-HD. 20k miles. Used the same oil in the 1996 Ford F-250 HD Powerstroke I had before the GMC. It had 133k miles when I traded it in.

I run Shell 15w40 synthetic in the summer and 5w40 synthetic in the winter for easier starting.
My truck is a 2004 Duramax with 106,000 miles.

On my 2003 GMC D-Max I use Delo 400 15-40wt, change at 3000 miles.
It has 82k now and was used for towing my toyhauler with RZR and two Sportsmans across the bed. No toyhauler now but it still has the Sportsmans to play with.
Our new to us 2007 Jayco Seneca 34SS with the D-Max will get the same treatment, it only has 13,500 miles and is not even broken in yet.

I have a 2003 with 96,000 miles; I use either Delvac or Castrol every 6,000 miles. No oil consumption between changes.
