I have been unable to find any posts concerning tuners for the Ford F53 V10. Any thoughts on why no one has any opinion about them? Surely someone was interested in more power.

Look for 5 star tune or Banks.

Kind of depends on the model year of the chassis. Owners with the five speed transmission (2006 thru 2016?) probably have the loudest voice concerning the improvement of the transmission shift programming that the tune from 5 Star.

I've installed 5 Star tune in my 2006 and the changes to the shift pattern have work very well for my driving habits. I had no expeditions of fuel mileage or performance increases just wanted to reduce the high RPM down shifts which it does.

Might want to correct your post heading. The V-10 is not a Power Stroke as far as I know. The Power Stroke is the diesel engine line.
