Looks like we finally have a person at Carefree that is committed to helping those of us who have a defective awning. Rick Gano, a Warranty Tech at Carefree, has jumped into the Renegade Owner's Group on Facebook and offered assistance plus his email address as a contact person. No more holding on the phone for 30+ minutes for Customer Service.
He is helping me get all the parts and shims to IWS for my appointment next week.
