New Carefree Awning Problem

Looks like we finally have a person at Carefree that is committed to helping those of us who have a defective awning. Rick Gano, a Warranty Tech at Carefree, has jumped into the Renegade Owner's Group on Facebook and offered assistance plus his email address as a contact person. No more holding on the phone for 30+ minutes for Customer Service.

He is helping me get all the parts and shims to IWS for my appointment next week.

Awaiting to see how that comes out. I've pretty much decided it is useless to keep messing with it and ceased using it, for the time being. Not that I will not do something about it, but will await too see what success you have or do not have before moving forward in that manner.
